How to Scrape Zillow Real Estate Data

Log in to our app and select "Zillow Scraper" in the marketplace.

Set the result rows limit.
- 3
Enter the location as "New York" or any other desired location of properties to scrape.

Set up any relevant keywords (e.g., MLS #, yard).

Choose the type of listing.

Set additional parameters. Select the home type ("All" or specific types), and define the property criteria including price range, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, year built, lot size, and square feet by entering the minimum and maximum values for each.

Select whether to scrape listings detailed information and extract agent emails (note: this option will use +5 credits per row).
